At Kenna Hub, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before requesting a return.
1. Payment Method
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through appropriate channels as explained below.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
The item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery
To be eligible, the product must be in the same condition as received, with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photo evidence if applicable.
Once your return is reviewed and approved, we will coordinate a pickup or guide you through the return process.
4. Replacement or Refund
Replacement will be issued for eligible defective or incorrect items.
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.
Refunds for COD orders will be arranged via at [email protected], as agreed upon with the customer.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Used or damaged items due to customer handling
Items returned without original packaging or missing parts/accessories
Any request made beyond 7 days of delivery
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted. If you no longer want the product, please follow the return process after delivery.
