We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and complete the payment at the time of delivery.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you informed throughout.
3. Shipping Time
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after processing. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
4. Delivery Areas
If your location is outside our standard delivery range, our team will contact you to discuss alternative options or availability.
5. Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a notification via email or SMS to help you track its progress and prepare for the cash-on-delivery handoff.
6. Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient’s unavailability or refusal to accept the package, we may attempt to redeliver once. Continuous failure to receive the order may lead to cancellation.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a package that is damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the case and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.
